Bulletproof Shoulder Course
Who this is for: Any crossfit athlete struggling with shoulder positions for overhead and Olympic lifts, handstand push-ups, pull ups, push-ups and burpees. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just started crossfit last week!
What you will take away: You will be fully immersed into the world of shoulder performance. The main objective is to not only understand healthy shoulder positions for all CrossFit movements but FEEL them. This hands-on learning experience is designed to go in depth to learning proper mechanics, mobility and strengthening drills to improve your own shoulder positions and tactics to keep shoulder pain away consistently. You will leave this course to confidently apply your new knowledge and awareness in your next WOD.
Each participant will be provided with a bulletproof shoulder kit including all the tools used during the seminar to improve and maintain healthy shoulders. This includes resistance bands, door anchor, soft tissue ball. Participants will also be giving our 12-week shoulder overhaul program, designed to create a specific plan to improve all shoulder movements in crossfit for free ($99 value)

Meet your instructor:
Dr. Brian Campbell is one of North Carolina’s leading shoulder specialist for CrossFit athletes. Over the last 4 years he’s been working with CrossFit athletes who have been suffering from frustration of pain, stiffness and limited performance due to poor shoulder performance. An avid CrossFit athlete with a history of shoulder injuries, he understands the biomechanical needs necessary for the sport. He has created his bulletproof shoulders program for specifically for crossfitters to achieve consistent progress in mobility and increase confidence to WOD pain-free daily.
He’s worked with CrossFit athletes of all ages and abilities, from CrossFit games athletes to first timers doing their first WOD ever. He’s traveled to different boxes across the country to teach his courses and provides his individualized care at his facility here in Raleigh, Xcel Movement and Performance.
